A workshop on ‘Transformational leadership in nursing – A need of the hour’ was organised by Nursing Department in association with Nipro Care Academy February 11, 2018. Mr. T.P. Anish, Team Nipro was the resource person of the programme, which was inaugurated by Medical Superintendent, KIMS, Maj. Gen. (Dr.) P. K. Patnaik, and VSM. Over 38 senior nursing administration personnels attended the programme.
