Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, KIMS, in association with AOGO, recently organised one–day National-level workshop, AICOG 2018 under the aegis of FOGSI. The workshop was attended by more than 1500 delegates from different parts of the country. Five different workshops were conducted in subjects such as Vaginal hysterectomy, Urogynecology, Cosmetic Vaginal Surgery, High Risk Pregnancy and pph and Preventive Oncology. Well co-ordinated live surgical procedure, ambiance and hospitality of KIMS was highly appreciated by delegates.

Dr. S.K. Rath, Head of Department delivered a talk on ‘Overflow incontinence’, Dr. Pramila Jena, Associate Professor on ‘Infertility’ and Dr. Manasi Pattnaik on ‘Hysterosalpingography’. They also chaired sessions and participated in panel discussion, and also Dr. Jotsna Panda and Dr. Abhipsa Mishra, Assistant Professor. Dr. S. P. Khuntia, Associate Professor, Dr. Sarika Avasti, Associate Professor, Dr. Abhipsa Mishra and Dr. Krishna Priyambada, assistant professor judged different segments in the meet.

Dr. Sarika Avasti, Associate Professor presented paper and Dr. G. Prassana, Assistant Professor presented in the debate session. Among others, Dr. Narahari Agasti, Joint Secretary, AOGO spoke on the occasion.
